Supported project of purchasing agricultural business with over 30,000 hectares of farmland completed

BEFL has successfully completed a project of supporting the purchase of an agricultural business in the Central part of Russia with the area of over 30,000 hectares of cultivated farmland.

Within the framework of the project our company:

  • performed legal and financial Due Diligence of 4 companies, including the inspection of ownership titles to the full amount of agricultural land offered for sale;
  • structured and supported a number of related transactions for the purchase of land, buildings and machinery.
