On 12 February, 2009, two leading BEFL specialists successfully passed their RICS certificate exams and became active professional Members of RICS (MRICS). RICS members are chartered surveyors and have a right to use the letters MRICS after their names to denote their membership of the organization.

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - RICS http://www.rics.org/, established in Great Britain in 1868, is a leading international organization uniting professionals in the fields of property, land, construction and environmental protection.

Headquartered in London, today RICS unites more than 140,000 members in more than 120 countries all over the world. A representative office of RICS was established in Russia in April 2008, and currently some 70 Russian citizens are members of RICS, including our own specialists.
