In June 2011 negotiations between audit and consultancy company BEFL and one of Top-100 Russian banks completed successfully to result in a consultancy services agreement.

To update the bank strategy and increase returns on bank assets at acceptable risk BEFL will carry out the following:

• assess loan portfolio;
• estimate risk for each credit group based on factor analysis;
• work out recommendations to update the loan portfolio structure and change reserves for anticipated bad debts.
